Maritza Lopez joined the staff of the UIW School of Osteopathic Medicine in August 2022 as the Administrative Assistant to the Office Admissions and recently transitioned to the Faculty Affairs and Continuing Medical Education Coordinator. She is a native of San Antonio and has worked in higher education for more than twelve years. Prior to coming to UIW, Maritza worked with Trinity University and Southside Independent School District.
Outside of her work life, Maritza enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, reading and being outdoors.
