Internal Medicine Program Director - Laredo Graduate Medical Education Email: hsantos@uiwtx.eduDr. Santos received his M.D. degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, IL and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas RGV-DHR in Edinburg, TX. Dr. Santos practiced hospital medicine and has been teaching residents inpatient medicine at TIGMER since the program first inaugurated in 2018. He has been a core faculty and is now happy to serve as Program Director for Internal Medicine.
Dr. Santos enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing and camping during his time off.
