Rachel Bingham joined the staff of the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine in October 2017 after serving seven years under the Founding Dean of Marian University's College of Osteopathic Medicine (MU-COM) in Indianapolis, Indiana. Having helped develop MU-COM from its inception through graduation of the inaugural class of DO Students, she is an experienced leader in medical school operations and accreditation. In her previous role, Rachel's responsibilities included oversight of the accreditation process governed by the national accrediting body of Osteopathic Schools (AOA-COCA) and she continues in this role at UIWSOM. In addition, she recently incorporated the role of curating professional development opportunities for the medical school staff - an initiative about which she is truly passionate.

Rachel is a graduate of Iowa State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, and UIW School of Professional Studies, where she earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. She has more than 15 years experience supporting C-level executives in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, and has managed corporate offices in both New York and Indiana.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys watching sports, particularly college football and basketball, and spending time with family, friends, and a certain pup named Stark.
