The Master of Medical Sciences program aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of medical principles, research methodologies and practical skills essential for thriving in healthcare professions.
The Master of Medical Sciences (MMS) program is designed to provide an alternative pathway for students who have completed the first year of the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program and at least one of the systems-based courses from the program's second year.
Through a combination of classroom instruction, laboratory experiences, research projects and clinical rotations, students gain a deep understanding of human biology, disease processes and therapeutic interventions.
Graduates of the MMS program are prepared to excel in a wide range of professional roles, including clinical research, healthcare administration, pharmaceutical industry, academia, public health and healthcare policy.
