LaDonna Davidson is the Director of Student Affairs at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine. She joined the UIWSOM family in October 2021. With more than ten years of osteopathic student affairs experience, LaDonna enjoys working directly with students and is a fierce advocate for student education and professional development.
Prior to her arrival, LaDonna served the osteopathic profession in her role as Coordinator for Student Recruitment and External Relations at the William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine (WCUCOM) and as the Member Relations Coordinator for the Mississippi Osteopathic Medical Association (MOMA). In her role with MOMA, she founded the Affiliate Member Lecture Series. This series is intended to teach advocacy, outreach, and offer professional development opportunities to non-physician professionals within osteopathic medical schools and residency programs. This series continues to be an asset to attendees of the MOMA winter conference.
LaDonna received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and English as well as her Master of Business Administration from William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. As a non-traditional student herself, LaDonna understands that there is not a one-size-fits-all solution to student support. A native of West Point, Mississippi, LaDonna enjoys traveling back to her family farm to spend time with her loved ones.
