Robert Chalk

Robert Chalk is the Willed Body Program Director and Coordinator of Anatomical Services for the Clinical and Applied Science Education Department. He has a degree in Mortuary Science and is licensed by the State of Texas as a Funeral Director and Embalmer. In addition, he is a Certified Crematory Operator, a member of The International Society for Plastination and has a background in Biomedical Engineering.

Robert joined the UIW team in 2017 prior to which he managed the Body Donation Program at UT Health San Antonio. In addition to his work with UIW, Robert routinely performs craniotomies and laminectomies for a variety of research institutions across the country.
