Amanda entered this role with 10 years of supervisor experience in customer service and education. She began her professional career in higher education at Northwest Vista College where she provided student support for returning students in the Intermediate English and Reading Department.
Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Language and Master of Arts in English Literature and Language as a distinguished graduate from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. Amanda is also a graduate from the University of Denver’s Denver Publishing Institute program.
