Dr. Ruby Rodriguez was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and has a decade of experience in higher education. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies in 2000 and Master of Arts with concentrations in Social Work and Psychology in 2003 from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. Ruby completed her Doctorate in Education with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership in 2023 from Grand Canyon University in Arizona.
Ruby is married to a very supportive husband with two wonderful children, a daughter and a son.
