Spiritual Support
“The spiritual life does not remove us from the world, but leads us deeper into it.”
—Henri J.M. Nouwen
As learners begin their journey at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine (UIWSOM) it is important for our community to discover faith and meaning through their experiences by making visible and tangible the Incarnate Word of God in the University. UIWSOM offers opportunities for our community to promote engagement, reflection and growth while exploring spirituality and religious diversity for different faith traditions.
Services will be available each Thursday at UIWSOM chapel. In addition, an interfaith space is also Available for our learners daily.
