UIW and the Gonzaba Medical Group are proud to announce the recipient of the inaugural 2021-2022 Gonzaba scholarship. Rosalinda Sanchez Moncada of San Antonio will receive a scholarship toward her Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree at UIW.
Dr. Robyn Phillips-Madson, founding dean and professor of Family Medicine at the UIW School of Osteopathic Medicine, was the recipient of this year’s Servant of Christ award, given by the San Antonio Christian Medical & Dental Association. Madson will be honored at the association’s 2021 fall banquet on Oct. 19.
With the support of the Moody Foundation, the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine (UIWSOM) has launched a mobile medical clinic called the Mobile Osteopathic Medicine unit (MOM).
