Community Engagement

All learners of the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine are encouraged to participate with the San Antonio community across all four years of medical school. Engagement with the community will serve as the foundation for the application of social justice and social accountability principles that will culminate in the development of a longitudinal scholarly project based on community needs.
