Program Evaluation Coordinator

Aishwarya "Aishi" Madan joins the Office of Medical and Interprofessional Education as the Program Evaluation Coordinator. Aishi hails from Long Island, New York and has a background in healthcare and marketing. She has worked in both clinical and non-clinical roles in hospitals and the healthcare industry. She also held roles in the pre-hospital environment as a prior volunteer Emergency Medical Technician for her hometown’s fire department for over 11 years.

She also worked in the Emergency Department in Registration, Patient Care, and the Critical Care/ICU as a Telemetry Technician. Aishi worked in Employee Health Services and eventually became an Office Coordinator for Outpatient Nutrition for Catholic Health Services in New York. She has also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator for a corporate healthcare office specializing in eye clinics and eye surgery. She has worked as a marketing specialist for a medical practice specializing in nutrition coaching and sports nutrition. She has conceptualized and designed email campaigns and promotional materials for the brand and assisted with the marketing strategy.

Aishi’s earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Pre-Medical Sciences from Stony Brook University. She went on to pursue a Master’s in Psychology from The City College of New York in 2015 and an additional Master’s in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Police Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2018. With the combination of her varied experiences in healthcare and her education, she is excited to become a part of the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine.
